Flotilla 1-2 offers the 'About Boating Safely' course, formerly known as 'America's Boatings Course' or ABC. This is the course approved by NASBLA, the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators, to satisfy the required course by many states, including the New York State requirement for PWC operators. It is also a good introductory course in safety, navigation, rules of the road, trip planning, boating tips, and more for any and all boaters. |
